Boheme Events plans for the complete weekend experience, meaning auxiliary events are covered – including every aspect of guest and timeline management, additional venues, lodging, transportation, all the while keeping a cohesive style for weekend fun.
We start our planning process, like all of our services, with a detailed initial call that allows you to express your personalities and intentions for your wedding weekend. Then we begin tailoring an extraordinary experience for you and your guests.
With our trusted vendor relations and venue knowledge, we strive to create an entire weekend based around your beautiful love story, in all your favorite places doing all your most cherished activities. We oversee all the weekend logistics, including your wedding website and invitation suite. Our team is fully present for your entire wedding weekend management from start to finish.
Full service weekend planning covers it all: rental installs, dress rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding party schedules, wedding day to a farewell brunch. There will be no detail left untouched. Let’s get planning!

Full Service Wedding Planning
Full service planning is complete wedding day management. Starting up to 18 months before your wedding day, this service covers it all for a seamless wedding experience.
Boheme Events begins the planning process, like all of our services, with a detailed initial call that allows you to express your personality and vision for your wedding day. We specifically tailor a planning schedule that gets the planning done without interfering with your day to day priorities. From our monthly phone meetings to multiple site visits, we are within reach every step of the way. We offer unlimited email communications once we are part of your wedding team.
We will get to know your sense of style, then begin tailoring an extraordinary experience for you and your guests. Once we have established your wedding budget priorities, we build an all star vendor team and the perfect vision fitting to the aesthetic of your beautiful love story. We collaborate and manage your wedding website, oversee the design of your invitation, guest RSVPs and lodging management. Our team is fully present to manage your entire wedding day from start to finish.
What is not included in Full Service Wedding Planning: weekend event planning (such as a Friday welcome dinner, a late night wedding after party, or a sunday brunch) – any of these services can be added a la carte along the way!

Our Partial Planning Design & Style package combines your vision with a realistic budget. With a decade’s worth of experience in vendor relations, we will have the vision complete and your entire wedding day designed and styled beyond your wildest imagination!

Boheme Events is known for executing events in seamless fashion. Our love for planning events has honed our ability to plan anywhere, for any amount of people.
Our consulting is invaluable to those wanting to host an event at a private residence or simply improve the aesthetic of an existing or new venue. We consult in person with couples, families and businesses to create event spaces which make sense for the objective and most importantly, allow for perfection in the event flow.
